    About

to About

In the last decade, wrist-worne technology for measuring various health variables has increased sharply. In the early 2010s came the first activity bracelets such as the Nike Fuel Band, Jawbone Up, and Fitbit Flex, which were primarily pedometers. In 2015 came a whole new generation of smart watches, such as the Apple Watch, Microsoft Band, other versions from Fitbit and Samsung. The big difference was that they used LED lights (photoplethysmogram, PPG) to measure, among other things, heart rate.

The goal of this project is to devise a possible measurement that would be valuable for improving health. It can be either for patients in hospitals, in geriatric care, for prevention / detection in the population, or for optimization of sports performance. Then create an MVP (minimal viable product).
